I finally got my ears around these headphones and wow, why didn’t I have them sooner? Let me explain.
I would call myself a semi-professional audiophile, I like good quality sound and have been known to spend a few hundred pounds on a couple of audio cables to make sure I have the right sound. In my spare time, I run 2 radio stations, present on the radio and I also set up outside broadcasts so having comfortable headphones which give the best sound quality but at the right price, is important. These headphones deliver on all three.
I went for the 250 Ohm version as they give a ‘true’ natural sound. Most of the time you find a high Ohm wouldn’t work on PC’s, Tablets or phones but these headphones seem to work just fine in them but a touch quiet if in a noisy environment.
The sound quality is second to none, the sound is true, natural and you can hear all the instruments in the track.
The comfort is excellent, you certainly will feel like they are on your head (as they are on the heavy side) but I can and do wear them for hours at a time. The ear pads are so smooth and silky and even for me who wears glasses, there is no problem at all.
Certainly, the most comfortable pair of headphones worn to date.
Sound isolation from the outside world is also superb – it gives a feeling of being submerged in the track – ideal for a work environment as well as professional.
It comes with a long enough lead for most people, in fact, I would go as far to say it’s a bit long! Plus, a small bag to keep them in. An adapter for converting to 6.35mm jack is also included.
I honestly don’t think you will find better headphones without tripling the price – 5 stars from me!
