Are you feeling sluggish? or perhaps you feel drained and need a natural energy boost?
These are normally the two excuse we use to dive for a bar of chocolate or a pick me up drink high in sugar thinking we will feel better but in fact, we don’t if anything we feel worse or guilty. Detoxing is a great way of cleansing your liver by flushing out any toxins, reduces inflammation, supports digestion, improves your skin and boosts your energy.
Not many of us understand what we are putting our bodies through and why we feel how we do. By detoxing for a week or two will help you understand why you feel so bloated or why you’re always tired and if any foods trigger these problems.
Here are some simple but yummy detox drinks that won’t break the bank.
